Upon termination, cc6c will return any undisputed real-money balance remaining in your account, net of any amounts owed to cc6c, within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
You may close your account at any time by contacting cc6c support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
cc6c's gaming operations are regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.
